CVAC CLUB warm up

5:30pm      JD's Jog  2 laps of the track all together as a TEAM!
6:45pm      Seniors run two loops of the trail with Leader.


Warm up  on IN-FIELD of Track
  1. Arm Rotation - big arms rotating forward then smaller faster rotations (forwards/backwards)
  2. Skipping with BIG Spaghetti arms 
  3. Side Skips with arm swings (facing one direction and back facing same direction)
  4. Easy Lunges (slow giant controlled steps, facing forwards, shoulders squared)
  5. Open Gates and skip  to side
  6. Close Gates and skip straight in front ​
  7. Bum Kicks

At the Fence:
  • Leg swings facing fence (both sides)
