At the Fence:
Warm up on IN-FIELD of Track
- High knee slaps up and Butt Kicks back
- Skipping with BIG Spaghetti arms
- Side Skips with arm swings (facing one direction and back facing same direction)
- Easy Lunges (slow giant controlled steps, facing forwards, shoulders squared, arms up and bent at elbows) and twist side to side from waist
- Open Gates and skip to side
- Close Gates and skip straight in front
- "Shoo the Chicken" Heel sweeps -step front leg straight, toe up, bend and brush foot with both hands
At the Fence:
- Leg swings
- hold onto fence with one hand and swing
- then facing fence - swing each leg side to side
