- Arm Rotation - big arms rotating forward then smaller faster rotations (forwards/backwards)
- Skipping with BIG Spaghetti arms
- Side Skips with arm swings (facing one direction and back facing same direction)
- Easy Lunges (slow giant controlled steps, facing forwards, shoulders squared)
- Open Gates and skip to side
- Close Gates and skip straight in front
- Bum Kicks
At the Fence:
- Leg swings facing fence (both sides)
